Technology, in collaboration with multiple national and international partners, proudly launches the Pathway Ausbildung Program (PAP) to provide Indian students with a 100% scholarship for nursing programs in Germany. This program includes a paid internship and equips students with the skills and certifications needed for a rewarding nursing career.
Program Highlights
- Eligibility: 10+2 passed students from India.
- Batch Size: 100 students divided into 4 batches of 25, each located at different nursing institutions in India.
- Program Duration:
- 2 years in India: Training, internships, and German language certification.
- 3 years in Germany: Ausbildung Nursing Program with part-time job opportunities.
- Internship: Paid internships in India and Germany.
- Outcome: Certification as a Registered Nurse in Germany upon completion.
Step-by-Step Program Structure
Phase 1: Training in India (2 Years)
Year 1: ANM Program and German A2 Level Training
- Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) training with certification from Indian nursing institutions.
- Face-to-face German language training at a residential facility.
- Outcome: Students achieve A2-level German communication skills and ANM certification.
Year 2: Paid Internship and German B1 Level Training
- 1-year paid internship in old age homes or hospitals in India.
- Online German language training (B1 level) with 2-hour sessions thrice weekly.
- Outcome: Students achieve B1-level certification and gain 1-year work experience.
- Admission processing for German nursing colleges begins.
Phase 2: Ausbildung Nursing Program in Germany (3 Years)
- 3-year Ausbildung Nursing Program with part-time job opportunities.
- Comprehensive training in nursing aligned with German standards.
- Outcome: Students graduate as Registered Nurses in Germany.
