National Apprentice Training Scheme
“PWO Venture Pvt. Ltd.” is empanelled as TPA(Third Party Aggregator) for Apprenticeship programs of Govt. of India (NATS). As a TPA we facilitate the Govt. scheme to various eligible Business entities.
The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme bridges the gap existing in the talent market place, between the employer’s requirement and the talent pool of students available in the market. It allows the organisations to recruit technically qualified candidates, train them for one year with subsidy from Government of India and absorb them on regular roles if the need arises.
An establishment having more than 30 employees is mandated by Law under the apprenticeship rules,1992 as part of apprenticeship act 1961 (Amended in 2014). It can engage apprentices in a bandwidth of maximum 15% of its total manpower.
Our Role as TPA
There is lot of procedures to be followed for the credit of stipend benefits from Govt. side. Its easier said than done. We have dedicated expert team to take care of end to end processing of Govt. internship scheme
As a TPA, we are authorized to:
- Register eligible business entities under NATS
- Provide guidance and support as per Government guidelines
Our Services Include:
- Registration of establishments on the Government portal
- Registration of beneficiaries (apprentices)
- Coordination with departments if stipends are not credited to employee bank accounts
- End-to-end documentation and coordination to ensure Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) from Government to employees’ accounts
