PWO has its roots from ‘SK Technology’ based in India, which is the Skill India International Network (SIIN) partner of National Skill Development Corporation-international (NSDC-i) and empanelled as Sending Organisation (SO) in Consortium for TITP-Japan program of NSDC.

PWO Venture Co., Ltd. (Japan) Incorporated in Japan in the name of ‘PWO Venture Co., Ltd.’ (Corporate Identity Number 0104-01-175251) in Tokyo by two major stake holder(s). First major stakeholder being ‘Lic Corporation Co., Ltd.’, established in the year 1986 in Japan. Lic is a staffing company in Tokyo holding a Hakken and licensed job placement holder (license number 13-yu-301158) in Japan. It facilitates manpower in various sectors.such as Healthcare, Hospitality, Agriculture, Construction, Information Technology(IT) ans so on. Second major stakeholder being an Indian company ‘PWO Venture Pvt. Ltd.’ 

Orion Educational Software Inc. (Canada) Incorporated in Canada in the name of ‘Orion Educational Software Inc.’ as a British Columbia Company in the Year 2020. Orion provides international manpower consulting and recruitment services for various job roles in Canada.

TITP

TITP commenced in 1993 in Japan. The program aims to contribute to developing countries by accepting its people and transferring skills through On-the-job Training (OJT) in Japan. It promotes international cooperation through transfer of skills, techniques and knowledge gained by technical interns to the developing nations. This will not only contribute to the human resource development but will drive economic growth of the regions.

‘Specified Skilled Worker’ is a new residency status that was introduced by the Government of Japan in April 2019, under which aspiring and eligible foreigner can take up a job and stay in Japan. Japan introduced ‘Specified Skilled Worker’ to address the severe labor shortages by accepting foreign human resources with specific expertise and skills. As of January 2021, Japan has signed SSW Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) with 13 nations including India.

In the year 2012, the Japanese government introduced a new entry system for highly-skilled foreign professionals, in an effort to draw talent into the country. This is known as the Japan Highly Skilled Professional Visa, and it is issued through a point-based system to foreigners who meet the criteria.When you apply for a Japan Highly Skilled Professional Visa, you have to reach at least 70 points on the Point Evaluation Mechanism in order to qualify. You must fill out a Point Calculation Form (as described on the website of the Japan Immigration Bureau)
